Returns and Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to Return an Espresso Machine

Espresso equipment must be returned in its original packaging and undamaged.  Contact us at holler@drinkitalian.us to begin the process.  We will send you a Return Authorization Label that you’ll need to put on the outside of the packaging.  We will than arrange for a truck to come and pick up the espresso machine from you.  Once we receive the unit, we will inspect it.  Assuming there is no damage, and the unit is returned in its original packaging we will issue you a full refund.  If there is damage or it is returned not using the original packaging, we will not be able to issue a refund.  We will return the equipment to you.  You will also be charged for the return shipping.

How to Return a Coffee or Tea

To return a coffee or tea please contact us at  holler@drinkitalian.us.  We will send you a Return Authorization Label.  You will need to return the item in its original packaging.  Please put the coffee or tea back into the original box that you received it in, seal it and take it to either UPS or the Post Office depending on which label we've sent you.  Once we receive the coffee or tea, we will issue you a complete refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty

All of our espresso equipment (machines and grinders) comes with a 1-year parts warranty from manufacturers defect.  Proper water treatment and the use of only Faema approved cleaning products is required to keep the warranty in place.
